Been trying to order but it's declined my orders when I got plenty of credit ,
Don't put yourself through the stress of trying to deal with these cowboys. Awful. Constantly mess up orders and leave the customer out of pocket instead of taking responsibility. Impossible to contact. Quick Google search and you'll see that all they get is one star reviews. Not worth the hassle

Received Lego Train set - which had previously been opened box was badly damaged and had been resealed poorly. Customer service was good - arranged for it to be collected - delivery driver couldn’t collect as he didn’t have a returns label as he had run out. So had to call customer service this time they were terrible very rude and basically said it was my problem to resolve not hers so much so I will no longer order from littlewoods and will be closing my account.
Disorganized ordering and delivery service and rude staff when trying to complain on phone. Overpriced products that can be purchased cheaply elsewhere.

I was sent someone else's order. After 2 phone calls, I still didn't get my original order, and was being charged for the order that didn't arrive. After a written letter I got a unsatisfactory email and the items refunded. However although my balance is now zero, I still have a minimum payment expected by the end of the month? Very very disappointed in the customer service.
Still waiting . What p...take wrote a review they asked for more information. Don’t know why they don’t do anything about the issue so they must think it’s funny to waste my time . Clowns advice don’t use them if you can help it .
the courier did not deliver my parcel, after six attempts i cancelled my order.

Impossible. The phone number does not work from the U.S. and Their "contact us" notice on the web page is "temporarily" out of service. I have been unable to even find out what they say I purchased for more than $400 and why they keep sending me notices for different payment amounts and for "receipt" of some payments that I am unaware of.
